House Rules

Please review all of the "house rules" listed below before booking your appointment. This will insure I am able to provide you with the BEST quality service to meet your expectations. (Booking link will be available below)

  • Late Policy

Please call/text to inform me that you will be late to your appointment. A 15 minute grace period is allowed, however after 15 minutes and up to 30 minutes your appointment may be canceled with a 50% cancellation fee.

 

  • Cancellations

We asked that you give 24 hour notice for cancellations. If you cancel after 24 hours you will be automatically charge a late cancellation fee which is 50% of your original service. If you failed to make contact at all, A No Call No Show fee is required which is 100% of your original booking. 

 

  • Refunds

At this time, we do not offer partial or full refunds for services. Clients will have 24 hours to express any dissatisfaction or concerns. Let’s fix it!

The creator is not responsible for any revision due to weather conditions, exposure to moisture, or incorrect maintenance aftercare.

 

  • Children & Extra Guests 

No extra children are allowed unless being serviced. 

Due to limited lobby seating we ask that you do not bring any extra guess to your appointment unless you are chaperoning a minor who needs assistance. 

 

  • Payments 

All clients with scheduled appointments are required to place a valid card on file for check out. For if any reason your card is declined during the pre-authorization, your appointment will not be valid through the system and a new appointment request will need to be made. 

Cash & Cash app are accepted at the time of your appointment.
